Can I try the Team plan before committing?
Yes — the Team plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for each active member in your organization. Guests and viewers who don't create or edit content are not counted.
Is SSO really included on the Team plan?
Yes. We don't believe SSO should be an enterprise-only feature. Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace are all supported starting on the Team plan at $9/user/month.
What happens when I hit the Free plan board limit?
You can archive older boards to make room, or upgrade to Team for unlimited boards.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive credentials (like Jira API tokens) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never sell your data.
